Review: Amazon’s The Drop “Influencer Line”

Review: Amazon’s The Drop “Influencer Line”

It’s no secret, I am the biggest Amazon fan. Let’s face it, the only reason I’ve survived these last three months is due to the ease of ordering via Amazon PRIMEfrom groceries to household goods to wardrobe essentials. I even have my very own Amazon Storefront that curates all my daily finds and is an easy way to shop my Amazon looks head-to-toe. If you haven’t already, follow along, so you don’t miss out!

It’s almost been a year since Amazon launched it’s “The Drop” line and I just recently made my first purchasepartly because I kept missing the limited shop window. This won’t happen again, because I’ve signed up to receive text messages (you should too). The shopping experience was easy and because purchases are made to order, I never have to worry about inventory running low on my size. After I added to cart, I was given a estimated arrival date of only a few weeks. To my surprise, the stunning, cherry tomato flutter sleeve dress from the Quigley Goode Collection arrived on time. The quality was impressive, but unfortunately, the x-small I ordered wasn’t true to size and I had to return it. Yes, although the collection is limited edition, you can still return unworn items back to Amazon, but note: you’ll have to pay the shipping fees (even if you’re a PRIME member). Unfortunately, at the time, I was unable to exchange for a larger size because the 30-hour shop window had closed. All-in-all, I’m a fan and look forward to shopping The Drop’s next drop!

What is The Drop? Everything you would ever want in a collaboration with your favorite style influencers and Amazon Fashion. The twist is you only have 30 hours to shop once the limited-edition collection drops and each piece is made to order to reduce waste. Once they sell out, there are no extra runs… literally the opportunity to purchase a one-time piece of art!

PREVIOUS COLLECTION FAVES (just a few left)

So, what’s the trick to getting in on the goods? This one is actually easier than you may think. You must sign up for text messages HERE to make sure you are among the first hear about latest releases and featured influencers. When it’s time to shop, you can find The Drop on the Amazon App, mobile website or right on your desktop.

Waiting on a launch… now what? There is a street-inspired, always available Staples by The Drop line you can shop anytime for those essential wardrobe items. These are those basics you wear over and over again that is used to build your looks and layer with The Drop’s limited-edition collections or those favorites in your own closet.

Natasha, your blog is gorgeous! It looks like a fashion magazine but even better! I haven’t bought any clothing from amazon in a long time, but I’ll keep this in mind and will check out your storefront. I’ve barely bought any clothes in the last couple months because of the pandemic and staying home so often but I’m definitely itching for some new things 😉
Oh and I wanted to mention that I use Glossier boy brow in brown (in case you don’t see my comment to your question on my blog post from a week or so ago). I hope you’re doing well and taking care <3

Hey Noelle! Thanks for stopping by 🙂 You’re too sweet. I haven’t purchased a lot of new clothing as well… spending most of my days in loungewear at home. Ha! Thanks for sharing which product you use on your brows. I haven’t been impressed with a few others and was even thinking about tinting mine. I’ll give Glossier a try! xo, tasha

I loved @officiallyquigley’s amazon line too. The bright colors were so pretty. I got the fushia pink ruffled dress and wear it often.
